Justin is an experienced Business Development Director with a successful track record of leveraging operational, sales, and customer management teams to fuel profitable growth. His background includes experience across several business sectors, including construction equipment hire, vehicle remarketing, logistics and reconditioning, and warehousing/logistics. Having grown up and worked within a family-run business in his early years, he has developed robust business acumen. He is focused on working cultures that deliver results whilst building and maintaining personable business relationships.
Andy Foot
Andy is an experienced Business Development Director, with proven success in delivering operational, sales, and business growth. Starting as an apprentice, moving into sales initially within retail then moving on to B2B sales in various sectors such as: capital goods, commercial interiors, software, media, and radio. Working his way up from the shop floor through field sales, key account management, sales management to sales director roles and company ownership, has given him an in-depth knowledge of how a business works.
David Worthington
David is an influential, agile sales leader boasting an impressive record of success spanning more than 25 years, across a diverse range of industries. He has held senior management and board roles in leisure vehicle manufacturing, luxury jewellery and timepieces as well as non-food FMCG manufacturing and premium fashion accessories. His expertise focuses on developing innovative strategies to grow sales, brands and business profitability.
