I started my career in blue-chip FMCG marketing before seeing the light and establishing my career within strategic account management and sales, rising to plc board sales director. That early marketing experience taught me the incredible value of aligning the whole commercial process to achieving business goals and making sure that everybody is rowing the boat in the same direction.

Working in a variety of sectors including food manufacturing, IT, construction and textiles has equipped me with the skills to quickly grasp the key dynamics in a business and ask the questions that challenge and expand understanding.

Happiness for me is working to build and foster a great sales team, a great sales culture and a great salesperformance.

It’s always hard work but it’s also hugely rewarding and great fun.
