Having developed and honed my sales skills in Blue Chip Companies like L’Oreal and Molnlycke, I understand the importance of developing strong relationships with both customers and employees. Ensuring a balance of fun and hard work is ingrained in every working day partly accounts for my success; luck also has a part to play as well as ensuring I only work with people and companies I like. I am experienced in operating at the rep, key account, national account and director levels, so I have a real hands-on understanding of how to improve turnover and profit.
Passionate about helping companies improve their sales, my experience across multiple sectors (hair, beauty, medical, industrial and food) certainly helps me to zone in on the real issues and develop appropriate remedies. Working very closely with each of my customers, I understand their business, their concerns, their vision and their goals. I then work with them to produce tailored training and development solutions that result in improved and tangible performances. My clients include many global blue-chip companies as well as smaller businesses in diverse industry sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, oil and gas, manufacturing and facilities management.
