I am an experienced entrepreneur having launched several businesses across many markets over the past 30 years. As a Sales Leader I am growth, value and delivery minded. From a Media Background I can understand a market and client audience to get results for all parties. I have extensive sales, systems, and account management experience and most notably worked for The FD Centre in its early years – some 12 years ago. From developing and growing successful commercial teams to productisation and creation through to building strong client relationships, I am  fun to work with and enjoy sharing my experience to ensure increased revenues and profit.

I moved to Cornwall in December 2011 to find that elusive work life balance; I started again from scratch and 8 years later had created the county’s fastest growing media business with a turnover of 1.7million. Now led by its own CEO and Commercial Director, Leven Media no longer needed me– it hasn’t for a while; so for the last two years I have been enjoying acting as consultant to my own business whilst launching a not-for-profit community interest company to fulfil a personal passion and give something back – www.diveprojectcornwall.co.uk – it’s been amazing!

I guess the corona virus pandemic gave me the time to consider my future. What is very clear is that I like a challenge and as a result am re-joining the Liberti Group as West Country RD for Kiss the Fish to stimulate my brain, drive me to achieve something new and take on a focus of my core skills in a dynamic organisation – a role that will test all my abilities and provide me with a successful career end.

My extensive sales, marketing and media career across many sectors ensures I bring overall commercial reality, strategic decision making and whilst keeping a firm handle on client relationships.
