Andrew Milbourn

Andrew graduated from University of Hull in 1982 with a BA (Hons) and trained as a sales executive with Haymarket Publishing Ltd. Andrew was head hunted by an international marketing business to work with the Spanish Car giant SEAT. Throughout the early 90's Andrew developed sales improvement strategies and consultant products across a number of industries, including FMCG, packaging, cars and media.

He fulfilled an ambition to set up his own business and quickly established "Results inc.", a sales-improvement consultancy. He worked internationally across the pacific rim (including China) on price increase strategies for a multi-national canning company and developed business in media including Emap, Channel 4 and Granada TV.

In 1998 Andrew was headhunted again by one of his clients and accepted a board position as Sales Director for Future Publishing Ltd who appointed him as part of a FTSE listing in order to develop the sales of the business to market leading standards. Sales grew by 22% and 33% in the first and second years respectively. Future today has one of the magazine market's strongest sales teams in the UK as a result of the standards introduced in the late 90's.

Andrew has an unrivalled track record in sales development and the management of sales teams. He is an inspirational speaker and has a unique and engaging approach to working with clients. For the last 26 years he has worked in and around sales and across a number of different industries and companies, from owner-managed businesses to the boards of PLCs. He has pioneered a new contemporary sales process which leads the way in sales growth and customer engagement. He is very much a "sleeves rolled up", "let's get involved" leader who will show you and your business the way to increased success through people.
